hi nalin, this is what happened with me when i ordered it on snapdeal.. initially it showed me that my product will be dispatched with in 3-5 working days, then it shown me that the product will be dispatched on 26th Apr and later on the date is shifted to 1st May.... recently i got a call that i...t will be shipped to my by 6th May.... I haven't seen characterless and shameless people in my life like LetsBuy.com.... even after mentioning that now I want my money back… I still have to wait for so long…. It’s more than a month now and I’m still struggling to get an update from these guys… I would really appreciate, if any of the act...ive members can provide me the details \ process to file a suit against LETSBUY in consumer court… About Letsbuy.com They are pioneer in making false promises to their customers which i think is really a big achievement for them.... more to this i think they can start up with an institution which can give provide some classes \ crash courses to all the people who want to learn this art... somehow I’ve learned a bit from these guys… i bet you will not find a better institute like Letsbuy in ur life... whenever you try to talk to their representative they will ask you some stupid questions for their verification purpose like are you the same person who made the order if yes can i know your name please.... even after telling your name at the very beginning of your call they again came up with the mentioned question... they will hold you for 5 min to check the details which you already knew... more to this they always a very sweet statement to make you more frustrated... Dear Mr. Badhurudeen, I am also going thru with very rough patch from the day I have ordered Lava B8 mobile (order no. LSB-735551) from LetsBuy.com. I have placed the order on 21-12-2011 and waited till 29-12-2011. And when i received that, I found that it was TAMPERED. I asked LetsBuy guys to ta...ke that packet from my place and replace it with a New one. The packet has been picked up on 02-01-2012 but from that very day I'm clueless about the when i can expect the re-shipment of my order. It seems to me like I have made a big mistake when I placed an order with LetsBuy.com. I would suggest not to buy anything from LetsBuy.com as after sales service they provide is very lethargy and sleepy.Read More
