Horrible service overshadows the pros (if any) Airtel Broadband
Hello, My frustrations with Airtel has gone beyond words now ! . I followed up with Airtel for the past 3 months for change of ownership and after a long followup and threats, I managed to get it resolved. Now, I am not given my company corporate discounts inspite of constant followups (i...ncluding a stinker email) for the last 3 months and they have done nothing about the waiver. The only strategy I am using is to pay only the true value of the bill and keep the rest outstanding. But this seems to be not working as it is really irritating to see a huge bill every month.
