To all job seekers - Please dont get carried away with the brand name of Times Jobs-They are pure fake.
It was during mid march while I uploaded my profile on times job when I started receiving calls from times job to market their product - As soon as I received the call from Mr Aman Preet I said I was not interested in their products as I had a lot of experience with such fakes already. However, he managed to convince me to such an extent that I thought they are different as they carry a brand name of times group. But I was TOTALLY WRONG. Mr Aman promised that a relationship manager would be assigned to me within a few hours of receiving the payment but as I did not get a response(nor was Mr Aman Preet reachable on phone or email) I called back for a refund. I spoke to his boss - Shubham who again assured me that an immediate action would be taken. In the mean time, I got another call with Mr Abhishek who said that I should pay for resume writing service to avail the Job seek service(For which I already paid Rs 2750 against order no 574464).
Ultimately after fighting for 10 days and sending a lot of stinkers to higher management, I got a call from Mr Himanshu who claimed to be the so called relationship manager with tremendous industry experience(ironically he struggled to speak even basic English) In the mean time I got an email from Ms Pooja Pandey from Quality assurance offering me to refund. Again, I made a blunder of giving them another chance as I waited for 10 long days. Mr Himanshu promised to offer 8-10 jobs in a span of 1 month but again there was no show.
This time, I was clear that I would take it further and got back to Pooja Pandey for a refund. Ms Pooja assured me that a refund would be provided within a max of 21 days but there is yet no response.
Overall this is just day light looting - TIMES GROUP HAS JUST LOST ITS BRAND - PLS PLS PLS Dont trust these people. If you are actively seeking a job, Naukri.com is the best as it gives a lot of benefits even for free members.
