I guess the main problem is that they changed your set top box, but they didn't change the wiring from the dish antenna to your settop box. For a normal settop box it is only one cable, for HD you need two cables running from dish to your settop box. It is not sufficient if they just change the box.... This is very useful and now I will be carefull about the store recommendation of Ezone. They are OK when the customer want best value for money at lowest price. But when you have a little more money to spend their utility is less.

Mr.Vijayanth, when I bought the TV they sold me Philips brand. The have to stand by their brand. Also, the service is not handled by even Videocon. They have subcontracted to a couple of service franchises. My Philips says it is made in china. Dutch or British they are respected only if they stand b...y their brand. Else it is a junk brand.
