Did you report the same to TVS not the service centre. Company is always supportive in such issues.

Very sad! But you should not have accepted your vehicle without replacement of all damaged part. I am eye witness of similar incident at one of Yamaha Service centre. Servicing guy damages side panels of Fazer and the customer refused to accept his bike back without the new parts.
