Hi Mukul, Good points raised by you. I patronized Airtel since 1996/97. I always felt Airtel Customer Service was better than Hutch, but IMHO I think in last 2 years their Customer Service levels has gone down. As they keep adding more connections proportionate increase in customer service person...s hasn't happened. Probably I am one of the unlucky customer whose request didn't get actioned. As regards Mr. Mittal, no personal offence...I respect him, people raise from humble beginings and also change their mindset but I still find there is room for big improvements!Read More
