You dont mention the ANNUAL Subsription Fee(ASF). Havnt u paid it. Do count that in ur expenses. You loose Rs 1.5 lac in 25 yrs ie Rs6000/- a yr. You loose interest on reducing balance of your deposit which is Rs 10000/- per yr on an average. On top of it you pay ASF @7000/peryr which may be 20000/ ...per yr by the time u reach 20th yr of ur holidaying . That is the catch. Your holidaying per day will be any thing above 4000/ per day. Cant be happy with that unless u r paid to say that u r happy.Read More

I have done all that. I dint ignore. They avoided touching ASF, during the final offer. It is deliberate. This IS the GAME they play. I did get a welcome call right after the enrollment and as soon as the girl advised me on applicability of ASF, I asked her to cancell the membersh...ip. She pleaded to continue with her offer. But I insisted on cancelling it. Thereafter, I contacted clubmahindra executives at Lucknow to convey the same. But they avoided to meet me while pleading to continue. Their AIM then was to cross the recession period sothat they need not return my initial deposit of Rs30435/-. They have not sofar. I there fore sent my mail withdrawing my membership around 30 days after applying for it. They informe that the application was after the recession period therfore i shall not get the refund. If the holidays cant be for as less as 1100/- per day then let clubmahindra place it as such why hide behind ASF. Have you realised friend Reddy, that against amount 'A' as the lumpsum paid by you for the holidays , you pay 2xA to 3xA as ASF. Clubmahindra hides this fact. Some customers dont know it. Others cant understand. Yet others couldnt care less. Therefore the clubmahindra has the last laugh as people like you become their brand ambassdors.Read More

The sponsored review is visible for the content and emphasis. Why do they hide the impact of ASF.? Why do they hide the exit mechanism.? Both smack of deceipt. Brand mahindra motivates people like us but ASF sucks you for 25 yrs

One must know the hiddden costs of clubmahindra membership. You pay thre to four times the amount told to you by clubmahindra. Be warned and be informed. Annual subscription fee( ASF) is the killer.

Brand mahindra lures an unsuspecting customer whom they bite like 'scorpio'. the poison will last for 25 yrs and spread in the form of Annual subscription fee(ASF)

Well clubmahindra is worse. One goes to them for the brand 'mahindra'. But you are duped. one actually pays three times of what clubmahindra tell.
