For 7 Days- You spend 5000 x 7= Rs 35,000/-

This rate is subject to inflation. You earn 8 % interest in FD, but rated inflation in hotel industry is 22% over last year and 16 % over last 3 years, i.e double than your interest.

At this rate if you want to take regular vacations, in 10 years you will sepend mor ethan Rs 3,50,000/- flat without considering inflation.

All above statistics are valid for off peak season and you will pay as much as Rs 8,000/- per day if you travel in Peak season to a World Class quality resort/Hotel.

When you take up a timeshare like Club Mahindra, the off peak season membership cost is Rs 1,81691/- much lesser compared to the actual holiday cost in world class properties, even including your interest earned on the same.

Had you taken this membership in Jan 05, the membership cost was Rs 1,14,000/-

Besides you have other options also.

It is called inflation free because, thought the cost has gone up, the members who registered in Jan 05, can enjoy there holidays for all the 25 years of there membership at the same cost. SO he is taking today holiday at yesterday’s cost, and tomorrow he will holiday at yesterday's cost.
