I would like to update on my review regarding TATA sky. I requested them to cancel my purchase and refund my money. They cancelled my account but said they don't have policy for refund. So I decided to use it for at least 2 month because they had given 2 month package free. The guy came and charged ...1500 for extra wiring and did the installation. It worked for 1 day and stopped working from next day. They had deactivated my account. After talking to customer care they are asking me to put more money to get it activated. Tata sky HD quality is very poor. If anyone says it is good then you better see the good quality offered by cable operator. Tata is compressing the signal due to which quality reduces. People don't realise because it is still better than 720P and they have not seen what it should be.
