I booked tickets on their website using their vouchers and credit card.
I cancelled 2 tickets on which They confirmed 2453/- refund in each ticket. The airline Indigo refunded this amount to them in time. Everyday that I call them they say I will get it in 7 to 10 days. Finally they initiated 1345 on my credit card which I got today. When I asked them about 1108/- they said it was paid from voucher so it will be refunded to voucher which they tried but due some technical problem it didn't go. On their video how to use voucher it clearly says voucher can be used once. any balance amount is also wasted if we use it for lesser amount. It happened in one of our voucher of 5000/- I lost almost half the money. Now there is no way they can put that money in that voucher for me to use it again.
I am afraid there are 2 more ticket cancellation by airline amount of 12000/- paid through voucher and card. I am sure they will make me dance. STAY AWAY FROM SUCH WEBSITES, THEY GIVE A LOLLIPOP OF 200 TO 300 AND TAKE AWAY THE REAL CHUNK WHEN WE ARE TRAPPED. BETTER TO BOOK DIRECT FROM AIRLINE.
