Similarly, i have two official branches, one they have activated after continuous try of 7 days....other after taking 2190 rs.. they said that as it is a commercial establishment we can install the dth here...so they may have said earlier....When i asked the webworld people to contact there seniors ...they cite reasons like there boss are busy in meeting.. i said to them that perhaps this is the reason of the poor service coz all the supervisor are busy in unnecessary meeting ignoring customers..... they are also unable to refund the amount thogh they had committed that this is there fault that they had not informed about the limitation of service in commercial establishment...all reliance service sucks big time....beware of it... and if you are availing any of the services of ADAG services be prepared to bang your head on there senseless and hopeless customer care executivesRead More

As far as Pre-Op is concerned they may have asked you in anticipation that your grandma will be undergoing surgery next day... I agree to you in all the points stated and its the patient's right to have the explanation of all the procedure being performed (like why GA and not LA).. But i wish you... to clarify that 'HIV TEST' is legally compulsory on all the pre op package and pre op package has lot more than just urine & Blood test. You may be mistaken because they may have took samples of urine & blood. However with that single samples laboratory use to perform several pathological & Bio-Chemistry tests. I agree with Dr N M shah approach of not performing K-wire keeping in mind the amount of work done done at that age. however may be Hirnandani Hospital may have tried to cure the patient to the maximum. here Hiranandani Hospital needs to keep the socio-economic condition of the patient in mind, and should not think all patient coming there were interested enough to pay for the quality treatment (as u don't wish doctor to wear suit and tie).Read More
