Hey, It is one thing to praise Jet; but why are you attempting to throw dirt on Kingfisher? Indian Airlines has been flying much much longer compared to Jet, so by your logic you should prefer it over everybody else. I have never heard of anyone feeling contemptuous towards Lufthansa even they... have been flying the same airlines all their lives and are extremely familiar with! And what is wrong with the skirts? I feel that you accepted the treatment that the idiot inflicted on you very easily. Did you get his name? Did you call up the customer care center to inform them of this behavior? If you do not fight back then there will be no dearth of people trying to spoil your day.

You have already done enough damage to Airtel Broadband by informing us all about their utter ineptitude. They have lost a lot of potential customers and thousands (if not lakhs) of rupees in potential (long term) revenue from lost customers.

Amateurabe, I would like to comment on your assertion that you would still prefer to fly them if you end up saving a good amount of money in the process. I accept that (point of view) entirely; but my review is independent of this aspect entirely.... It focuses on the 'quality of service' which can be improved without increasing the cost of the ticket significantly. You know that, we all know that. The airline is being grossly mismanaged, and it is not just the passengers that are loosing because of it, it is also their employees and shareholders, and in some way our country's image.Read More
