I.know this MGK GROUP from past 3 years even I didn't get the good impression from this group low quality materials in construction poor service I dont like this type of construction because we stay on.home for years and this type make us to feel bad im really sorry for saying this but I didnt like the job maintenance from your group

They say us before construction that they will fullfill all our needs but I don't think so that they did in.my case everything is false please I say to others not to buy just keep high hope on construction groups because their intention is just to sell their sites and not on.buyers they need only to fullfill their dreams and never on us so just check and cross check all the documents but my fate I didnt do that and suffering a lot now god!

So u please be careful while buying the property friends thank you I just shared you all.about my experience

Do not buy any properties from this developer they cheat apartment buyers, I own a property in one of the apartment building, at the time of buying the made many promises like swimming pool, STP, rent if delayed etc. Now they are acting as though they are doing a favor by delivering low-quality apartment with illegal last floor where you can not get your Katha. You are better off not buying any properties from them, low quality work.

I booked a 3BHK flat at Amity Temple Bay, I am a very happy and satisfied customer. All the Legal work was executed without any chaos. The quality is good and done as per the commitment. Booked  a flat with mgk group a year back. have moved in and am staying in this apartment.

The team was flexible and gave all the help required for the legal works and bank loans. happy with the result, and the marketing team.The construction work and quality has come out good.  Vverall satisfied with the quality of work and management.

Recently booked a flat at channasandra project with MGK Group. Flat no. 09.The Construction quality is good. All Documentation of the property was in place for bank loan approval.

Very pleased with the marketing team coordination. Sufficient Amenities within the apartment complex. The builders are flexible in terms of small modifications if needed within the flat.

Very Bad quality construction, fraud paper work, violations in construction,  all false promises given in brochures.

Never buy flat from them. Myself repenting so much, as no one in the building is getting khata transfer, because of violations in construction of the building. It has fraud partners also.
