GM Reddy Royale not received OC yet Hi, have you gone ahead with booking in GM Reddy's Royale at Bellandur ? Currently, its fully ready to move-in. But, builder hasnt yet got the OC (Occupancy certificate) . Buider seemingly has applied for OC. Also, I saw quite a few ppl already living in it today.... Wanted to book a flat there.. but its not legal to occupy a flat without OC. Any thoughts ? BTW, I saw comment by manshore. manshore, I think you are referring to some other Reddy Developrs. GM Reddy's Royale builder is a different one I believe, H eis based out of Bellandur arae.Read More
