Hi, I am interested to book a flat in this apartment. Currently, its ready to move-in. But, builder hasn't yet got the OC(Occupancy certificate) . Builder told that he has applied for OC.
Also, I saw quite a few flats already occupied there.Its not legal to occupy a flat which hasn't yet got its OC. Any thoughts/suggestions?
