I doing online shopping since : 2008,
I had never seen such worst website like 100bestbuy.com.
They never accept exchanges. They just selling the junk and scarp which they have in their stock.
One of the legal head from 100b...estbuy.com had called for provide solution for my problem, that he mentioned, 100bestbuy.com is shutting their business.
So they trying to clear their junk and scrap stocks to clients.
If ask for exchange, they don't have the other product to provide. Such an sick website.
I guess sohail does not seen any other online shopping website like Facebook or amazon in his life time, that's why he saying 100bestbuy.com is the best.
Mr. Sohail, if you don't mind, are you able to track ur products shipping status on the 100bestbuy.com?
They don't have any proper website, they don't have any good stuff on their website, if found any one or two products, then It will be out of stock.

100bestbuy.com is shutting their business, it was told by one the legal guy of suksh technology. I was fought with them for more than 3 months, and got products from them as an alternative. So try to get something from them for your amount before they shuts their business

After a huge conversation and fight with the 100 bestbuy.com, i purchased 2 tshirts with the credit points on 18th February. Till now i had not received the product.
And they changed the order also twice through phone due to non availability of stock.
And yesterday morning i received courier ...from 100bestbuy.com through ecom courier services, but suddenly that delivery guy get back the parcel from me. And said, we got call from karnataka 100bestbuy website for not to deliver that product.
But till now there is no call from 100bestbuy.com and even if i tried to call also, their mobile no. are not reachable or switched.
The worst website i had ever experienced on my life.
The website should be filled will all criminals and forgery people,
Government should take some actions against them.
I am planning to create a community soon for the person who are all affected by 100bestbuy.com. through whatsapp group.
So that we can all raise a voice against them to sue them. because they thinks normal single human cannot able to do anything against them.
So i looking forward for the people who are affected by 100bestbuy.com.

Most of the consumers are affected by them in the name of prize drawn contest. I had fought against them for 2 months for getting refund, at last i got exceptions for using the whole credit points to purchase a product, with the condition of not to utilise it on discounted price. I understood one thing clearly, that getting back the money from them is not at all possible thing. So i Placed the order for 2 tshirts for that credit points. I dont want to waste my time and energy with these fellas.

Today, i got a call from one of their executive Mr. Sasikumar, he again called me and started speaking about his offers, that they will send me shirt or jeans or casual shoes. whatever is available on their stock for Rs.1079, they will send product as per my wish.
I requested them, that i want a ...formal shoe at the size of 6. He told there is not even a single formal shoe available on stock at my size of 6. Then i told him to refund the money.
But they deny to refund the money back.

15 minutes before Mr. Deepak, illegal Executive from 100bestbuy.com had called me, and told me that he had given the permission to utilize the credit points fully to purchase the any product from their website except offer and discounted products.
I told him that i cannot able to find any product... without discounts and offers. if a product which is in stock , then its on offer or discount. If a product is not on discount and offer, those products are out of stock.
That fellow told, 100bestbuy.com having so many products in their website, there are 1000 of products are selling on that website.
So i told him, i wanted a formal shoe on my size at 6. Can you check and tell whether you have any one formal shoe at that cost on my size. After 10 minutes he called me and saying that, they have levis jeans only on stock, if i want it means, they will give that products for my credit Points.
Few minutes only he had told so many products are available in their website. but they dont have a single formal shoe at my size from any brand.
And finally, that illegally executive had told that they cannot able to refund the amount at any cause.
So, Humble suggestion to all the consumers, Never buy any products from 100bestbuy.com

Great Joke. Why dont you left this major point, You cannot able to utilize the credit points towards discounted products or offer products. 90% of stocks are out of stock, and only 10% of products are in stock. And that 10% of products will be on offers and discounts.
So again you cannot able to... use that credit points.

i guess its better, you speak with your manager now itself and try to refund my total Rs.1079 to bank account. I dont want any product from your website any more. Please under stand my situation from the customer end.

Otherwise i will surely sue against 100bestbuy.com under SECTION 2(1)(G) of the Consumer Protection Act for deficiency of service that means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming or inadequacy in the: Quality, Nature, and Manner of Performance that is mandated to be maintained under law or under a contract. Also, as per SECTION 2(1)(R) for Unfair Trade Practice which refers to trade practice that involves adopting unfair means or deceptive practices to promote the sale, use or supply of any goods/service.

As per out telephonic conversation, you had told you will be sending a empty mail from your personal mail id as per my request. So that i can send you the link of the which i wanted to purchase from your webs...ite. You told me to send the 3 product links, if that products are not available, you told that you will speak with your manager for processing the refund.
