Don't buy any product in 100bestbuy it is fake company

100bestbuy=100percent cheating

I got a call from 100bestbuy executive for Sony Xperia contest. They ask me to pay Rs 8000 and you will get free(mobile & Watch) along with that that 8000 rs will be credited into my account as points worth same value if I win the contest I will get the SonyXperia else I will get discount of 20% on the purchase for 8000credit points.

After I made payment I didn't get any call about the contest results and credit points also not credited immediately after several call for the executive I got the points and free product after a month. The Free product is not even worth 100 it is a used E-waste.

I returned those and I got credit points for that. But till now I am not able to use that Credit points for any purchase. It Is showing in my account but useless if I choose product for that Credit it is asking me to pay again. I am having credit points for 18872 one point is equal to one rupee but I am not able use that

for even 1 rupee. They are cheating us as of now their phone lines are coming busy right from the start they start their office till they close down. I complain at the given email IDs.

No response from Customer care for email and call. I am following with the company from dec 10th 2014. If try complained on  akosha(Resolving consumer complaints) with ticket number #1784993 and also in Core Center Supported By, DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS(Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Govt. of India) With Complaint ID: 135536.3.2015 I didn’t get any solution please don’t buy product in that site. Help me if anyone knows how to take legal action against that company.
