Lucky you!!! Wish they provided same kind of service everywhere. One thing I'll like to admit though is that lately they're improving in our area, can't say what's the status at other places.
One more thing. Those having problems with their customer care service available thru phone, avoid it as ...far as possible as I've always had bad experience with them till date. Instead email them with ur problems. That communication system has worked well for me so far. They're usually prompt in replying and have stopped the automated replies. Instead now they give you as detailed reply as possible. Only thing you need to do (i.e. what I do to make this communication work effectively) is to keep insisting for detailed n prompt reply. I don't know what you'll get otherwise.Read More

Beware, one and all. This member is most probably employed by Reliance to write false reviews as per the latest info I received from an insider. And IMO, this insider is telling the truth. Mark the date of the review, it's very much closer to the date I posted my review and sent its URL to the Bigfl...ix Customer Care as a tiny return gift for their wonderful service. Also as per my info, Reliance hires professionals for this kind of work and the pro writes the reviews in such a way that it sounds as if written by just another common man. They study (do a little research on) the service in question to be reviewed and almost come up with a review that convinces you up to your throat that it's by a real user. And if you point a finger on them telling that they're hired reviewers which also means they're cheaters here, they'll reply to your comment too in almost the way that will confirm you that ya, this guy is a real user and no fraud. So, while this so-called user may try to reply to my comment and convince me, I'm sure that I won't be. Hope others too realize this truth before they become the victim of this service.Read More

I don't know about everyone else, but you're surely one of those who is surviving by licking BIGFLIX's ass. Or else why would have you been so offended? I knew that there will be some dogs of BIGFLIX who will start barking once they read this fact. And that's why I sent them a link to my review too,... which they passed on to one of their faithful dogs to respond to [BTW, I appreciate your faithfulness, though it harms the public in general. Now don't get me wrong, I don't appreciate your harming the public, it's your faithfulness which I'm appreciating. I can only wish you'll use it some day towards good cause]. Also, it's not just me who is doing the good work of cautioning others from such a big fraud, there are lots others here. If you'd common sense, it wouldn't have took you long to understand that the sticker (which is surely on the top of the CD/DVD), which is inefficiently stuck, will get off the DVD when it rotates inside the player and hence will ruin my player. My player is just a few months old and it's already ruined by now, thanks to BIGFLIX. And tell your motherfcker father at BIGFLIX that if he won't improve still, he'll get worse reviews than mine. I guess the platform can be used to highlight good aspects too. Very true!!! But then why aren't most of the customers doing that? Well, an !diot can't understand that. The customers highlight the negative aspects, which are in majority than the positive ones in this case, so that others don't fall ...victim to such frauds. If I just sit to highlight their positive aspects, it will lead (or say, lure) others to HELL thinking that they're going for having heavenly pleasures!!!Read More
