I have experience several movie rental services for sometime now, including 70mm and the dear local operator.To my surprise the Relaince Venture Big Flicks tops the charts in the business model and customer service.
The huge list of movies there is simply amazing, with huge list of english titles which is always a headace to get.
The customer service agents are friendly and well informed, it's damn cool just queue up the movies and relax, and no need to ever call. The site is updated and I get regular mails indicating new realease and not to miss the specials time to time.
one membership across India is the other great feaure as I keep travelling oftenAll I need is my membership card and walk up to the nearest store in a particular city
