i dont know why ppl dont like bigflix...i think the service amazing at reasonabale cost ..i m using bigflix for last 9 months and i am more than happy ..i dont know what ppl expect by paying 299 rs per month.

i was in a hurry when i was posting the review of bigflix so couldnt give too many details...regarding service - the service is very good when u visit the stores..there are enough staf to help u out and also if ur house happens to be close to any bigflix outlet u can take unlimited no. of dvds as u ...return old ones...even when it comes to home delivery service is pretty decent....i lie the queue system of bigflix and u can order for dvd s using net, by calling on phone or simply sending sms...delievry is done once in a day and delivery staff isnt bad...the other day when i had called to customer support ..there were in no hurry and courteous enough to help me out regarding latest movies available, classics available and other details..and call cost is only local charge unlike when u boo ticets through mobile for pvr or inox u r charged around rs 10 per minute ...and by the time u are done with booing tickets ...u would have spent big rs 70-80....Read More

Bigflix is offering discount of 50 % for one month and 1 quarter subscription and 25 % for half year and 1 year plans. Rental per month is coming too cheap...the quality of dvd s is very good and are genuine..home delivery and pick up is a bigggg plus. Also the collection of movies is very huge....Read more
