One point about 'Gated communities' - as per BMRDA rules the layout roads and civic amenities spaces are open for public. So the walls must be broken some time or later.

There are 3 filters sand, carbon, and RO. While the first 2 together cost around 700, RO filter costs huge. Frequency of changing the filters depends on the quality of input water.
