Ah! I also remember this mobile. I think it is either the same that I had or a similar model. The phone itself was in blue colour, with key pad etc in plastic. Battery is huge and unweildy and yet the phone has a certain charm that the sleek expensive handsets that cannot compare to today.Maybe beca...use the clarity was crystal clear but in todays phone that is not always there, even if you buy the reputed models. I prefer Sony Ericson. Some very nice models have come out and the fone life is longer I feel. Anyway, very nice review, pal! Interesting the way you can write. Enjoyed the style of writing more.Read More

Mr Srinivas, Everything in my post is real. I would not waste my time recommending it otherwise. What should I gain from that? Also, I don’t cry on anyone. Whether you don;t like Tamilians or not, I still feel you are not rating of focusing the proper thing in your review. First of all, the ai...rline tells you, UPGRADE from Economy and fly the Business class. The rates (if you travel that often and are used to rates in other full service carriers) are same as that of the Economy class of Jet or KF on the same routes. (I never take low cost airlines, so I cannot compare that. I cannot stand them also). Paramount’s business class (inside aircraft meals etc) are excellent, when compared to other airlines’ Economy at the same price. For corporate passengers like me, it is a boon, since our office will usually send by Economy, but now we can fly in Business at same price. More comforts that way without straining office budget. I hope you understand what Im trying to explain. Further, have you tried their first Class? It is simply superb and can be equal to that of Singapore Airlines service. They don’t bring anything in trays there. It is prepared fresh and brought steaming hot. Only airline that serves soup on short sectors. Anyway, what Im trying to say is, it is difficult to give any review based on 1 journey alone. I have been on it more than 50 times throughout this year and can say with better authority that I like it and theyre good, professional people. Also, who cares about the bus? You spend two minutes in the bus, before it reaches the aircraft, so why fuss about that? Let it be noisy, shaky, whatever...I would say the business class experience starts inflight. Also, in my review, I’ve said they should start more sectors. I hope they will do so soon. BalaRead More

That's nice to hear. At least one reasonably good LCC in India!! But I know many people who would disagree. They have nightmare stories to tell about being stuck due to technical problems inside aircraft with no food etc. LCCs should focus on at least making good food available (OK passenger can buy... it if they at least offer it, no?) For best food, spacious seats and good prices, I think Paramount is tops. Nobody can hold a candle to them yet. Not even Jet of KF. I should travel this airline and see how professional it is. but the main point is, changing travel programmes should be allowed. It is a passengers rights isn't it? We should have a centre for guarding passenger rights in India so the bitter experiences with LCCs will end (I had one myself with Deccan long back, after that. I've travelled only Paramount.)Read More

Very nicely written review. I enjoyed reading it. We need more people like this to showcase our traditions and cultures. It is so sad that this essence of India is fast fading. Your review has inspired me to plan a trip to Delhi...will be sure to take this in and thanks!

I’ve flown Paramount over FIFTY times this past year alone. (My wife is in Blore, me HYD), we both meet only thanks to Paramount! LOL! I have not a single complaint, except once when the flight was cancelled due to technical reasons. But even then I was given an alternative immediately and profe...Read more

Anyone who says Paramount is not business class needs to have his head examined. This is BEST airline I've travelled by. (Will be writing review of all my travels here soon.) But what made me rate this review poorly is 1) I am a frequent flier in the HYD_BLR_HYD sectors. (My wife lives in B;lore and... me in Hyderabad for work reasons.) I travel by this flight almost TWICE every week. The staff on ground and air are very helpful always. Maybe that one day when you were there, there was someone not quite good...but for me, its always been a fantastic service 2) So what if they greet passengers with Tamil culture Vannakkam? What's the big deal? You got something against Tamil culture??? I think its nice to be greeted with folded hands and sincere smile, no matter what the language. How can you point out that as a problem? Again you say that the bus is a Tamil Nadu bus. You are very prejudiced against Tamilians I think, which is maybe why you don't like this airline, since it was started by Tamilian...putting your personal prejudice first does not make for a fair review. 3) You say food is good, but YOU don't like paneer. They offerred to carry your suitcase, but YOU prefer to carry it. What can the airline do then if YOU prefer not to use the services offered? You have to book your food preference early itself to get the food you want. I have had low calorie and Jain meals onboard. Both excellent. Also, if you want something second time, they give it to you with a smile. So you could have asked for more juice. This is my favourite airline for travel in South. And I feel just travelling once by it, you cannot do a good job of reviewing. It will only be misleading.Read More
