I have travelled from Hyderabad to Bangalore accidentally by this airline.  My first experience was at the ticket counter.  I asked the guy to book a ticket to Bangalore, surprisingly that guy says there is no flight to bangalore at that time.  The best thing is I have checked the information about this flight on the net at home but did not book on the net, thinking that I can get a ticket at lower fare on some other airline at aiprot counters. Even after telling him about the flight at 5, he is not ready to hear me.  Later I confirmed with my friend that the tickets on this flight is stil availabe, I asked my collegue to contact him again to find the status of that flight.  Then he started looking at this system and told that the tickets are available.  Fine that the story before I got the ticket for this.


I got ticket at almost at hight price i.e, around 7000/- from Hyd to Bangalore. Paying that high price and seeing the Business class(they say they dont have the economy concept) my imagination


about the aircarft is very high.


To my expectation an airline member escorted me till the check in counter and ofcourse I was literally not carrying any heavy lugguage except my office bag with some papers in it, so I dont know whether they help us to carry our luggage or not.(Ofcourse I dont expect such help as I normally prefer to carry my luggage by myself).


Intially they told that the flight is at right time, but after my security check they told it is delayed for 20 min.  But finaly it came 40min late.  Now its the time to get till the aircraft.  The first bad exp starts here with the bus from the gate to the aircraft.  It resembles a pucca tamil nadu village bus with no doors, all windows creating the noise at their max. and I hope there is no need to explain this more.  But over all it is a very hot and shaky bus exp we had.


Entering the aircraft, the airhostess greeted me saying "Vanakkam", .hmm.for some time it sounded me as a allian language, becoz I dont know tamil.  Later I realised that this is a aricraft belonging to tamil naadu, so they are greeting me in tamil. Great, we can learn tamil in this fashion.  Then Kingfisher people should talk in kannda, an so each airline should use their own language.


Now its the turn for me to get my seat.  A last seat, becoz I demanded window seat.  Yah, I for got to tell about seats.  Yep, the seats are a bit big, as they have 2+2 concept., So it is better than any other aircraft.


Now comes the turn for the cleanliness of the aircraft.  The aircraft was not cleaned at all.  And to my surprise in my seat there was a old biselari water bottle which might be used from past 1 yr.  Some one who carried this has left on the seat and it was not cleaned.  I cleaned it and sat becoz there was no airhostess available at the last, every one were in the front still gretting the people. The aircraft was not cleaned may be becoz of shortage of time.


Next comes with the food.  Intially they had served a juice which is good but less in quantity becoz there are lots of passengers already and the crew members should keep every one satisfied with little.  And ofcourse the flight took off smoothly. Now its the turn for food.  I am lucky to get the last packet of food, as there are few passengers left with some other kind of food as this food go over.


The food looks to be good, but as it is a paneer based food, avoided it taking.  I took some sweet, that it.  Before serving food they wasted lot of time in putting the table covers.  As the distance between hyd and blore is very less,  they were hurrying to clean up the things becoz they wasted lots of time in putting these table cloths, removing.  I was wondering how these people will manage for chennai - blore if this is the case.


over all, a average flight service, advertising as a the only business class airline.
