C, i beleive and so do thousands of other Unicorn owners that Unicorn has infact better knee recessors, Unicorn has better acceration(inc speedo error), plus roll on figures in gears 2 r better. since u r a CBZ aficionado, no pt in arguing with u. but have an open mind and test ride a unicorn and c...heck 4 all the pts u think CBZ is better in, handling, roll-on, sprinting, unciron leads hands-down. CBZ is only selling becuase of brand image, nothing else dude. thats d reality.Read More

hey bidhu, hmmm, well ur review said wat tech HH is lacking, but not much abt the bike SS itself. next review inc more. plus SS only has avg. everything else it fils in. Shockers i feel all other 125cc bikes outperform it. power, i dont need to say anything compare SS's 9.13 bhp with approx 11.5 bhp... of discover and 10.8 bhp of fazer. nothing more to say. a test ride of the bikes proves it all. HH bikes are exp and old tech. nothing all. brand name is selling them, exception being karizma and cbz, though they need to upgrade the cbz. also what HH lacks is a gd R&D dept. all its tech is from Honda. If the JV with Honda ends, what will Hero do? wat say?Read More

mind u i own a unicorn just becuase i didnt like a few tings in pulsar -- thak thak and ridequality thak thak is due to chain hitting cover when u go over a bump or pothole. its just once u hear it. leter it will become constant in lower gears. problem with chain. will have to change chain after 1 ...yr or so. problem in most pulsars. ride quality not 2 gd either. footpegs in awkard positions and shockers not 2 gr8 either. max speed of pulsar is around 109kmph. so u cant take it higher than that.Read More

first, monoshock of unicorn is better than nitrox of pulsar. second, pulsar has a tendency of making the click click sound when it goes over a pothole etc. problem with its chain and chain cover. chain tends to hit its cover. problem still persists. third, handling of pulsar is not as gd as unic...orn. y? well, u got to lean. yes smaaler handlebar means u got to lean, but it spoils the fun. fourth, its shockers r not as gd as dat of unicorn. try both of dem out. i did, and i told u wat i felt. mind u i tried totally new bikes. fifth, pulsar feels squeezed. not enough space to keep ur legs man. wat is this? i felt there aint enuf legroom in case of pulsar. sixth, yes headlight fairing does make pulsar more atrractive, but gap b/w rear tyre and mudguard is so much that it spoils the looks which u insist r d best. seventh, pulsar does not give more than 55 in town undr best riding conditions. unicorn on the other hand is 2-3 kmpl more than pulsar. trust me, i no wat i am saying. eigth max speed of pulsar achieved sa per gps recievers is around 108kmph. u say 125kmph -- riding in air? overall unicorn is better. style and lloks and the horn and tripmeter r the places where the pulsar leads.Read More

CBZ i feel has the best tank recessors, agree with u. Yes, it has the best legroom too, better than unicorn. Agree CBZ still has got the looks, but there r things u gotta no. The performance is not the best, along with the handling. Handling of the unicorn is d best. Test ride them again. u will no ...the diff. performance of the earlier pulsar dtsi(non alloys) was the best. it went upto 110kmph(actual speed acc to GPS navigators). lemme tell u something, u state the speed to be 113 kmph. but that is as per the speedo. speddos have got an inherent error of around 10%. so if u c, ur bike is not more than 103kmph. Hi, since I own a Unicorn, lemme add the following. Its a smooth bike and vibrations can only b felt if u r d best of bikers. Otherwise its none. Tail light has a tendency of becoming loose. This is a Honda problem which arises due 2 d structure of the light. Has been fixed in new bikes.

As far as I know, fuel guage does not give any problems. Goto the Honda Service Center, they wud either repiar it or replace it. Its covered under warranty.

Compared with the CBZ, i feel that the performance of Unicorn is better. Looks, hmmm, depends on the user's perspective. CBZ is the bike which started the looks game, hence still is charming. On the other hand, Unicorn is more modern and hence, BETTER STYLING.
