WoW, its a cool bike, with 12000 kms completed in 6 month flat,thats the only bike I can ride, else all are the age old luna's.
lets talk
Unicron , nothing is smoother,comfortable and silent on the indian roads.
A comfortable sitting position, can comfortably ride 200km non stop, posibbly then u need a break to break your bones.
On the highways,i always envy the four wheelers surpassing , you need more power there, but in the city roads , you are the king.
Braking is great and acceleration the coolest, it does'nt roar, you can only feel the higer wind speed as the unicorn catches up.
Has a better stability , thanks to central mono suspension, every force acting on the center of mass and gravity. Though I do not know wether the 2 are at the same point.
No punctures till date, I think the rear wheel tuff up is really working.where my major biking has been on rough country side ,mud and concrete roads. beside the city roads.
the things that need to improve
Bad roads make the chain loose as the rear tyre transfers the shock to the suspension, where indeirectly the force transits to the axel of the rear tyre pushing the rear wheel in and out. making the chain go loose.
I had 3 tightenings done.
The lower hieght of unicron is a problem with deeper pits as the engine touches the ground.
I am still unable to prevent the tail lamp from vibrating , but I am going to fix that.
Did anyone try adjusting the head lamp, you will be surprised that the company has not provided with the spanners that fit into it. makes me thinking.
hey another thing , the pillion seat, hey honda listen , your rear seat is a pain in the ass, for longer rides , put some cushion there.guys I suggest buy a cushioned seat cover.
Another thing I would love is a coler handle grip.
And I am adding two extra head lamps on the leg gurad, need more light during night rides in the jungles. makes me hypnotic with the single lamp,might end up in the valley's , I better have better vision.
