Hi, Ezeego is a big fraud,so dont wait for them to respond back. ICICI bank allows a chargeback in case money has been credited and service has not been provided. This facility is available within 30 days of transaction. You can call up the call center and they will explain you the procedure. Y...ou will have to fill-up a Chargeback form and attach emails and other proofs like your call statement to validate your claim. This normally takes 5 working days. Also try getting an email from Air Deccan that there is no booking against your name, that will strengthen your case. Also send a notification through email to Ezeego so they would be forced to acknowledge your request, as in case of a chargeback even the vendors account may get locked on your request. Low fare airlines like Air Deccan are indeed a boon for the middle class of india. And the middle would be ever ready to compromise on the frills and pretty lasses in the air craft for a 50% price cut in the fare. But Sir, if the flight itself gets cancelled and you are been asked to claim a refu...nd just at the last moment, just imagine the agony you will have to go through... especially when someone is on a tight schedule... And cancelling the flights just because the craft isnt full, is absolutely criminal... Flights getting delayed by 1-2 hours is understandable but then one should have certain KPIs to meet... Simply asking to take a refund back isnt done... Pretty well said and done... Would you go to a restaurant which is offering the food at half the price but taking 2 hours to deliver your order.... ya you can certainly compromise on the Ambience of restaurant. Similarly one might compromise on the ambience, comfort for the price... but in this jet age when time itself is money... How can an airlines afford to be so insensitive to public's time...Read More
