hi winasht, i personally feel tht u must have suffered a lot.... but after reading ur stuff i ll guide u to launch an FIR against RIM for not taking any actions. and regarding the call centre wala punga... u never have to be emotionally down.... u can easily trash them on phone by saying anything c...rap like.. say ... now u got a job in BSNL so they r offering u the BSNL phone and the cell phone connection for free so u r planning to stop goin with RIM etc etc... i think by this time u must have felt a bit better.... just lemme know if u try out this things and any one them works out or not...Read More
