Next month, my fiance(Sharib) and me complete 4 years of being with each other. It has not been an easy journey for us. There have been too many ups and downs that we have gone through. Starting from being girlfriend-boyfriend to becoming fiances has taken a lot of effort. I would like to share with you, my MS friends a part of my love story. This is how me and my he met.
I was a science student, and was going for tutions at my mumma's friend's relative's place. My teacher's home was just a five minutes walk from mine. I went regularly to her everyday. After two weeks or so two more girls of my age joined there. Both of them were cousins and one of them happened to be my cousin bhabi's sister. I knew both of them. Talking to each other a little-little everyday we became friends. Our just-we-know-each-other relation turned into a good friendship.
We became so close to each other that we even started to discuss about our that time crushes. Heena(my bhabi's sister) liked a boy who was from the lane where she used to stay(we did not his name). While Faiza( Heena's cousin) liked one of her friend's cousin. Lets keep the boy's name a secret for now. I was not interested in anyone at that time. We enjoyed our time at tutions, talking to each other and even studying together.
One month later, due to some circumstances Faiza had to leave the tution. Even though she left the tution we were in contact. In the middle of the year Faiza gave us the news that the boy she liked proposed to her but she regected his proposal. Yes! we could not believe this. When we asked her why, she told us she wanted to concentrate on the upcoming board exams and did not want to get into all this now.
One complete year passed by, without any change in our love stories. At the end of that year Faiza started to regret the decision she took. She wanted that boy to propose to her again now. Before I came to know about this Heena and Faiza's school friends had already tried to convince that boy to propose to Faiza again. But this time the boy did not agree. After trying many times they came to me. They told me to give a try, a try to convince the boy.
I first went to Faiza told her that if he is not asking you out again why don't you take the step. She gave me some reason, a very stupid one, which I don't even remember. After that Faiza, Heena and me planned to meet the boy at a restaurant. We met, spoke to each other and cracked a lot of jokes over that situation I don't know why but I was finding that situation very hilarious at that time. Because of all the non-sense Heena and me were doing, even this meeting went in vain. But before leaving from there I again told Faiza to take the step and ask him out otherwise he will start liking someone else. The reply from her was a shocking one, she told me he has started liking someone else from now.
At that time I did not understand why she told me that? But after a few days I understood. Heena called me up and told me HE LIKES YOU. I was shocked on hearing this. Only one meeting, just seeing me once, how could this be possible, were the thoughts going on in my mind. The entire gang who was behind that boy, trying to convince him began to convince me now. Time to reveal the secret. The boy was Sharib. After a lot of thinking, questioning, listening and taking more than a month I agreed, said a YES to him.
Our friends say that it is a full on filmy way in which someone meets their life partner. You call it destiny or something else, but its true, THIS IS HOW WE MET EACH OTHER
