One of the many things that I love about Google is that they never do better sameness.They always jump on to the next curve.
And Google's much awaited messaging app Allo promises to do exactly that.
Allo was made available on app store for pre-registry a few days ago and has a nearly perfect rating(4.8 out of 5) albeit it has not even been released yet.
Let me tell you, Allo is not just another messaging app.
So What makes Google Allo different from other messaging apps?
The main difference between Allo and other messaging apps is that it has Machine learning embedded into it.
In layman's terms, it means that Allo learns with time and provides the user with personalized smart replies which adhere to the user's style And personalized smart replies are very different from quick reply suggestions.
One of the other predominant features that have been integrated within Allo is Google Assistant.
All you need to do is type "@google" in the chat window and the Google assistant can give you product suggestions or make a dinner reservation.
To kill time, you can even play games with google assistant.
Whisper shout is another cool feature of the app which allows you to adjust the size of the text to depict whispering(with small text) or shouting(with larger text).
Allo allows you to exercise your creative muscles with photo doodle.
It also includes an extensive range of stickers which aim to make the conversation interesting and engaging.
Biggest concern the tech industry faces today is security but you need not worry, Google has got that covered with an end-to-end encryption.
Allo also supports an incognBrianbalakumaran mode where you can give an expiry time to messages.
The icing on the cake is Allo's eye-friendly user interface.
Google duo which was launched recently mAnasultanged to get 5 billion downloads on android in a week.
The war between Allo and WhatsApp is inevitable.
Will Allo replace WhatsApp?.
