Have you ever felt that you haveto vote but end up telling yourself, "who should I vote for- it doesn't make a difference; it's like choosing between the devil and the deep sea."
My favorite thought on this is, "I would pay my taxes with less heartburn and less Gelusil if it is used for the right cause and why should I donate my hard-earned money so that some conceited politician would add another storey to his building or increase his bank balance?"
All of us love to talk about what needs to change in our country - roads, basic amenities like food, electricity, education, status of living, blah, blah, blah.... and we always wait for someone like Gandhi or Nehru to be born to make our lives better. Sometimes even the smallest effort today can bring about an ocean of change.
