I wish days have 36 hours. I am running in packed schedule, you know. Also I am receiving many gifts these days – He he he he :-P So, I would like to share my view about gifts & gifting. Folks, so please pay your attention while reading my post as my time's short! :-P Ha ha!
Gifts
We all love to receive gifts. It is such a divine(also irresistible!:-P) moment when someone gifts us anything. I feel like the queen of the world when I receive anything as gift – from a bunch of safety pins to Gold earring!;-) It is the easiest & effective way to make someone happy instantly. It brings a smile from heart, a ‘thank you’ in eyes. Yes, some ordinary sweet cute things make us happy if you receive it as gift.
As Token
Gifts are token of love, care, blessing, memory. A single thought amazes me everytime I receive a gift is that when a person is buying/making gifts for me, is caring for me – at least for that time. Someone who’s gifting you actually cares for you. Gifting is a way of showing that you love, you care. Gifting is a mean of flowing love from one heart to another heart.
Variety
Concept of gifting has been changed since last 10 years. People are selecting more useful gifts than things that are meant for show only, not useful. Gift could be range from some useful but unusual(as gift) thing like a two-piece night suit, love shaped cushion or unuseful & contemporary as teddy bear, show piece etc. Right from Dairy Milk to latest Tab in market, from Red Rose to Scooty Pep+. gifts are gifts! Small or big, cheap or expensive, usual or unusual, known or surprised, – gifts are gifts!
Show your Love
Make a gift by yourself, or pack it by own. Gifts that could be bought from shops are gifts but like paper flower – no life. When your unprofessional hands & mind prepare the gift for the loving one, it makes it more valuable & worthy. So, put it to life, let your creative mind work a little to get unique ideas – make it as you want, as the receiver would like. and you will be the best, trust me. It leaves a mark of concern.
Ideas
Gifting ideas are ‘in’ now. These days, wrapping gifts, presenting them in an eye-grabbing pack has become an art. Since it is creative & requires labour, you have to develop ideas in mind first to give them shape. It is also time consuming but really awesome.
As Profession
It has a large business angle in today’s market, especially in birthdays, mahendi, weddings, baby showers etc. or even at Office Annual Function. Where there is a bulk job for packing/ making/ even arranging gifts in such occasions – a businessman knows there is chance to gain profit of minimum 50%(plus 50% labour & innovative idea). Not that bad.Huh!?
So friends, gift your loved closed ones & show them how much you are concerned about them. And trust me, no occasion is needed to get a gift for the one you love. A small gift can give you the big satisfying smile.
