I wish to inform the city group investors that from 16th April, 2012 onwards the Official Liquidators of City Realcom have started accepting the claim forms.
I am an investor with City Realcom and I have submitted the documents for the claim today and I got the inward No. stamped on the copies of the documents and the No. is 299. I believe that not many are aware of the procedure. The procedure is very simple.
Make 2 sets of the said documents.
Agreement copy affixed with a Rs. 5 court stamp.
Receipt of 94000.
Receipt of city co-operative credit society.
A covering letter.
Copy of dishonoured cheques.
One copy of the document have to be handed over to the officer and the other copy will be returned with an inward No.stamped.
The address is: City Realcom Official Liquidator, Bank of India bldg, back entrance, 5th floor, Near Mumbai High Court. Flora Fountain, Fort, Mumbai 400023. The timings are from 10 am to 4 pm.
I am attaching a Form 66. and a covering letter alongwith this mail for your perusal. There is no need to notarize the documents and there is no need to attach Annexure A also.
