I have bought micromax tab P680 device on flipkart may 2016 for my one year old child to showing rhymes and feeding food. after using 4 months the device charging port has gone along with display, I given it micromax service center(chennai-velachery) on 08-09-2016 and paid for Rs.1200 in advance for service. but the matter is till now(11-11-2016), I have not received my device from service center. now I have lost my hope whether I get back my device or not. each time they telling come tomorrow. very very worst service from micromax after sales. they just selling Chinese products in the name of micromax. they are not really product making company.just marketing company for Chinese. if they really made with their own idea. they can solve the problem. if not they have to expect from Chinese who is made device for micromax. I hope they send my deivce to china for fixing problem. so that in my life I never recommend any micromax products to anyone. don't be the victim of cheap rate products. if u pay little more also buy only reputed companies product. my micromax service jobsheet numbers are S020214-0916-25339223,S02014-0916-25406389.
I raised a compliant to micromax support team on 8oct2016 and they replied to me "We understand from the service centre that your device is ready and can be collected as per your convenience." but reality till now I have not received my device.
and I have attached my micromax job sheet invoice for proof for my problem.
