I have bought CANON POWESHOT SX160IS Camera from eBay seller fotocentreindia on 17-10-2013. I have received my item on 28-10-2013. Via aramex courier. This courier service is one of the worst courier service for me.Because they kept my item their depot for 3 days but they daily updating fake Status like customer not available, customer address is incorrect. After received my item, I was opened, the camera click button was broken. After I contact the seller, they replied to me that need proof. After I sent damaged proof. After they said you go to canon service center.so that I went service center they told me that this is not manufacturing defect. This is broken.so I shocked. After I shown my video that I was captured while unpacking the item. Then only they accept the item for manufacturer warranty.
Service center mentioned reason for service is "click button not working" in receipt. But really click button was broken.
They said that will take one week to get this part from canon. After that only you can get your camera.
Package was double sealed. Just check my photos attached here.
So what is my opinion is be careful before buying from eBay and this seller fotocentreindia.
If you use Any eBay promotional coupon you should be careful on your purchase. Because they will send to you damaged item. If eBay send to you promo coupon means, their damaged products are waiting for you.
My best suggestion is you just go physical shop and buy it. Don’t think about fake offers.
