HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!
What upsets me are the closure of the educational institutions, following bomb hoaxes...and the scare that has engulfed us Indians....
When we were young, Schools and colleges used to remain open ,having all kinds of activities and competitions(debate,speech,just a minute,rangoli,craft activities etc.), that were the benchmark for showcasing talents....but in this new era of technological advancement and modernisation......children are missing their school life.Competitions are being held a day before.What remains to be done for these kids is to go to malls and shopping complexes on the D-Day..........aren't we missing something....
Who's going to hoist the National Flag on 15th august in the school premises. Are we celebrating pakistans Independence on the 14th of august....If not..then Why are we so scare of all the happenings around us that strictly prohibit our kids to settle at home and watch TV?
Let's make the world a better place to live in...away from all he frightining stuffs..at least for our children,let them enjoy their childhood ......
