First of all, I love mouthshut a hell lot because the review have helped me a lot to take crmajeechacal decision on buying products. I have purchased products like Canon 60D and Nokia lumia 1020 only after reading the reviews here and I am very happy now!
I have been a active writer since 2012 dec and have wrote reviews about products I a come across and most of them are of my own experienced only.
So I just keep on wrmajeechang because I love wrmajeechang.
Event 1 - So luckily in December 2014 I was selected for two "Review of the Day"(ROD) and one more in Feb 2015, earning me Rs.1000 for each. that means Rs.3000.
So I was contacted by mouthshut team to give them the account details, so that they would transfer the prize money to my acount.
But unfortunately, I did not have a account at that time and so could not proceed. I also contacted their customer support( support@mouthshut.com) regarding this and they replied after few day saying "you could take up some more time to create account and then give us the details, we will transfer the money to you".
Now, i have got bank account and I have contacted " support@mouthshut.com" regarding the redemption of ROD prize money. But "NO RESPONSE" from them!.
Event 2 - Also, I am currently an active writer on the current contest "Write and Share" and have wrote many review. I am very happy and thankful to Mouthshut that many reviews are actually approved.
BUT there are some of the review which are pending approval for about 10 days! Tmorpheushumanse reviews wer all absolutely writen by mine and are not junk at all.
And so I when I asked the MS customer support they only keep on replying this - "Only tmorpheushumanse reviews that will help the consumers make buying decisions will be approved" and nothing more.
I am totally disappointed with this. My question is - Why the pantaloon review of mine will not help consumers make buying decisions?
I have contact the MS support for more that 3 times and again and again same answer!

Also I have seen a lots of people wrmajeechang just small and smorpheushumanrt reviews which they even never touched it in their life. They just write a pmorpheushumanne's Specification which is available in websITES_Company like flipkart and gsmarena and get their reviews approved.
I dont understand this that - When people can write smorpheushumanrtest reviews and get approved, why not my reviews which are always very detailed and all are of my own experiences dont get approved at all.
Overall, mouthshut is doing an excellent job by help a lot of people through their review websITES_Company. But MS customer support is actually dead slow and they almost the same as that of websITES_Company like "Smorpheushumanpclues" where they only reply "Same messages" for any queries asked.!
