We used them to make travel arrangements and to book service apartments. I had a terrible time with them.
Ruined my holiday in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur.
The service apartment in Delhi did not have a proper bath. It was not functional and was leaking.
The guides were of terrible quality. The guide organised by them in Delhi, showed us around for a few hours and asked us not to bother visiting the Red Fort and other important places. We had to stay back on return from JAipur to go around to Red Fort on our own.
Likewise in Agra, the guide organised by them was terrible. It was around 2.30PM and when we said that we should see the Agra Fort, he said it was closed that day and there was nothing to see there. So he forced us to go to the Taj at 3PM when it was burning hot: we then remembered how everyone used to say that Taj should be seen in the morning or in the evening. On our way out we found that the Agra Fort was open that day, but the guide said that the company (Comfort Homes) had hired him just to do the Taj. Again we saw the Agra Fort on our own the next morning and there is so much of history there and it should not be missed.
