A guy called Pushkaran was providing us services for our apartment in Indiranagar Bangalore. We signed him on because he appeared to be working with some good apartments of builders like Salarpuria.
We recently came to know that most of these apartments have thrown him out. Based on complaints from tenants: we checked and found that the Lift and Generator were not at all maintained though we were being charged. Similarly he had tied up with some agency to provide security and these guys were horrible.
So in effect this guy has no organisation or no network of good electricians, plumbers etc. He was doing a third rate job.
We got rid of him and had to spent a lot of money to bring the lift and generator back to shape. Please avoid this guy..he is a sweet talking fraud.
