Today my website on organic vegetables was down for 2 hours. I went ahead and posted a ticket to ZNET support.  In about 7.5 minutes after I raised a ticket, I got a response to my ticket explaining how to solve my problem. I followed the steps and got my site working.

I want to mention here as a customer that I have faced similar issues in the past for my domains however the matter got resolved! At times, there are service delays and most of the time it is our web usage habits that create situations where trojans get inside our systems. As with any service pro...vider one or two failures cannot be cited as grounds for rejecting the entire support. I can personally say ZNET has been a good in their support and post sales followup.
