Sales department give tall claims, but customer care people are most lethargic. Sales guys are available 24 hours, even on phone. The customer care guys are available only thru ticket submission. You can not talk to them, and they are never online.
Even after keeping my website hosted at their servers for 6 months, I could not resolve issues like webcounter not working, fornt page forms not working, Emails not reaching properly etc.
You can continue to email them your problems for days and weeks, and they will keep on pointing faults in your system like your computer has virus, your web designer has put faulty codes etc. Suddenly one fine day they will ask you "can you tell us what problems you are facing" !!! You again start with the problem you told them on day 1 and same story repeats.
Worst place to host your website, I made huge professional loss and commercial loss due to them.
