Today my website on organic vegetables was down for 2 hours. I went ahead and posted a ticket to ZNET support. In about 7.5 minutes after I raised a ticket, I got a response to my ticket explaining how to solve my problem. I followed the steps and got my site working.
In case of the hosting service I used previously I used to get replies to my tickets normally after 24-48 hours. In fact by that time I discovered that some guy at Yahoo answers had already answered my query.
All web hosting service providers need to learn the significance of fast support like ZNET Technologies team. I love ZNET!
