I am using this In Dehradun (Uttrakhand) believe me it has given me up to 1.92 Mbps sometimes

Hi all friends I also went through same torture from BSNL same frquent disconnections and very hevy billing . Without using broadband for a minute I got a bill of Rs.2602.
