If you are planning to buy a data card that does not cost a bomb and has a good connectivity, then this is the one that you are looking for. Initially, when I wanted to buy a datacard, all my friends asked me not to buy stating that it was very expensive and lots of negative reasons. I did not expect that I will get a good offer from Reliance. At first, I paid Rs.3500 for the data card(prepaid) and activated my account. I was given 20 GB free with 1 month validity. I was asked to recharge once my account expires. Well, I used only 10 GB for the month and my account expired. So I had to go to the Reliance webworld to activate my account. The person offered me a good deal i.e. pay Rs. 3500 and get unlimited usage with no strings attached . I have to mention that It is been 5 months now and have not faced any problems.
The only problem that I faced was with the customer support. As I had mentioned earlier, I used only 10GB for the first month and still have 10 GB remaining. When I told them about this, they reassured me that they will transfer the remaining 10GB to my account and activate my account within 30 minutes. To my dismay, my account was not activated for more than an hour. When I called the guy(Luckily I got the guy's number), he started giving me reasons that there was a problem with the server and said that it will take 2 hours for my account to be activated(which he did not mention when I recharged) and he can not transfer the 10 GB. I got really mad and escalated the issue to the manager. After half an hour's conversation with the manager, they decided to transfer the remaining 10GB and activate the account. I do not know how the server problem got resolved during the conversation with the manager. This is still a mystery.
In a nutshell, the product is really good and worth the money but the customer support is pathetic. So I suggest you go for this scheme as this is really worth the money.
