Worst customer service
Tata Indicom - Surf 3000

I have been using Tata indicom data card for more than 2 yrs now and have never faced a problem. Prior to that I had reliance data card. I will rate that as the worst. Haven't faced repair case till now so cannot coment on that but connectivity and payment options are much much better in case of ind...icom. The case has been taken care of it seems. Though the refund has yet not come and I have been told that it will take 3 weeks, acknoweldgement of payment reciept has come by yatra finally. Also a response that it has been refunded has come. Thanks Mouth Shut

I posted the review on 14th mar. And 15th March in the morning, Ezeego called me and said, they will try to address the discomfort and complaint. Made me aware of 2-3 things right away, Like free ticket was not from indigo but Go air. They have refunded some amount (which may be I have not chec...ked).
