Citibank account is a very user friendly bank till the time you manage it online personally and you know the rules and ways in which bank can charge you interest/fee/charges.
You make a big purchase (I mean more than 6-7k) and the telebank people are after your life to convert it to EMI.As far as I know Citibank charges the highest interest rates/late fee etc. "Citi never sleeps" as they keep on looking for an opportunity to make money out of ur pocket.
No doubt with one login you can manage savings acc/loan/investment.credit card which is damn convenient. You can apply for a card online without much trouble and no documentation reqd. Getting all that in Citi is easiest across the banking segemnt, getting rid of it is the toughest.If you have a citicard, use it carefully.It is the most convenient card if used with care. Don't go overboard with it. They will masacre you.
