India Today is Cheating in name of bagittoday. Review on Online Shopping Experience

I did purchase the adidas shoes from IndiaToday  (Bagittoday) After three months(30 mails) and long waiting calls, they are unable to dispatch Goods.

Following is modes operandi or their style of cheating people.

Nice offer mailsIndia Today logo to encash and make user to trust.Once user buys, they might be placing orders.They ask 4 weeks to deliver. Aramax courier seems to be involved in this scam.On inquiry, they will say courier displaced.  wait . wait . wait. User looses patience, They will inform that your did provide wrong address.On checking on site,  you will find empty shipping and billing details.(They manually delete).User believes that he has made a mistake so they might have deleted. There is no proof that there was an address which you entered wrong. Or they mostly delete one area and change one letter of PIN code.

Here the cycle begins. No courier in world take 10 days to deliver. Here you try to folllow the shipment details. Courier will not return parcel to India today(bagittoday). Indiatoday did not ask. Wait for each other or may be parcel to decide where to go. .

All mails with same courtesy and template. Every time new executive enough to frustrate customer more than anything in this world.
