Hello, I was also facing such a problem so I wrote an email to them and told them that I am going to the consumer court and also to RBI. I got a mail 2 weeks after that from their customer care that the charges have been waived off. Cheers, Anand.

After a lot of hue and cry they have reversed my charges. Send them an email and tell them that you are lodging a case with the RBI and Consumer Court. Cheers, Anand.
