I agree with this review. We are facing the same issue of item being replaced by them with another item without informing. Recently in one order we had almonds which was about 300 Rs for 200g but instead they sent us a replacement which is 495 Rs for 100g!! They replace items without calling the cus...tomer. Also, 'in stock' item not available during delivery is a very common issue. They are trying to fool the customers by sending wrong items.Read More

I agree with this review. I recently ordered one item from Snapdeal (was my first order from them). The item was shipped on 9th October. Today is 5th Nov but Still now the item is not delivered. You need to spend your STD mobile bill to call their helpline number (011-30212000). After following up with Snapdeal they told me that the courier has tried multiple attempts but couldn't deliver whereas I never received any call from the courier!! Sorry to see that you faced this problem from Flipkart. I have faced similar issues with other online shopping websites but it's sad to see that Flipkart is also doing the same now. firstandsecond.com is a cheater. they just have the list- they don't have the books. the customer service email id and phone numbers given in their website are both invalid! They should immediately remove their website.
