Well the customer is not a fool zop now. You are attracting by giving free bees but let me say that its all hog wash.
You show online the product is available, why when it is not after the customer has placed the order, let me ask you that straight forward then you modify the bill do some more unnecessary additions and make the customer pay more than before
Even after the customer has written to cancel the order still the order was sent, why?Dont your staff understand english or emails it was sent well in advance no last minute information.
I think you guys are cheating big time and becoming another reliance in the market you will loose your customers if you think people are not realising you are cheating them big modifications in bills & we have to pay extra.
