But your review is on ICICI's Life time pension product regarding which u have not reviewed or even mentioned.For web related problem i personally feel you should have mentioned it under ICICI's services ...as a company, as for the advisor..the best place to take it up is with company and onbudsman. Detailed review and congrats for review of the day. But if one goes deeper and looks at the facts mentioned viz a viz the banking industry in india one does not feel Icici is so bad. First point: incorrect. 'coz behind the monthly qrtly statement there is an invitation to ur branch on a saturday. Th...ey call it sampark or sumthin.. 2nd atm: much better in count and quality than most other banks even pvt like axis and hdfc. Rest all is right but so is it true for all other banks. Many of them don't hv even half of these services or even half the quality. Facts are mostly right but I do not agree with the opinion.Read More

Did not understand what was wrong? Was the scheme informed incorrectly in which case u shud not hv mentioned it in pros. senior not available in office at 6:30 - can happen, so what? I think u r not used to anything else than the 'normal account' or u hv not explained what the fraud was if any?

Review does not seem appropriate as there are some 10 million customers of icici pru and i think many of them buy repeatedly. I myself hv a icici life time super pension. Its a good product with a decent charge structure compared to some other company plans. Service also is far better compared to mo...st other insurance companies although i agree that the call center can be improved. The web service is undoubtedly the best. i do switch funds, and redirect premiums regularly throughout year, unit statements, premium calenders, qrtly portfolios etc. Not a bad product or company at all.Read More
